• a free 15-minute consultation in respect of any aspect of the Members’ energy project and its operation.
• a high-level legal review of your project-related legal documents, for example, the PPA, Lease or other Land ownership Document, planning permission, or ownership structure for a fixed price of £500 plus VAT,
• bespoke legal advice, tailored to your specific circumstances, on any aspect of your energy project and/or business, including for example how your project is owned and financed, advising on disposal and/or ring-fencing from other parts of your core business .
